This is my new mini series called Victory Chat. Basically it involves talking about how a specific workout went or something I found was important. It can be considered a cooldown chat or post workout chat. I already know someone who calls their series cooldown chat so I wanted to be original with Victory Chat. I’ve made two episodes already and while I’m unsure if I’ll be making an episode for every single workout. I will be trying to get them out pretty regularly depending on how people like it. I dont want the video to be super long, around 3-4 minutes is going to be the max. Give you a quick update on the workout and let you know to hit your workouts as well!
I hope this motivates other individuals to stay focused on their workouts as well by seeing me posting videos right after my workout while I’m still sweaty! A good quoute I found online was this “The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen”. I think thats pretty true. As long as your doing your best and trying to hit your workouts everyday. It doesn’t matter if you are able to do one pull up or 100. Eventually over time you’ll get harder,better,faster,stronger(daft punk is win)!.
