Omega 3′s /Fish Oil – I just started supplementing this recently but Omega 3′s help to promote cardiovascular health and also joint control which helps a lot when you’re doing heavy lifting or intense physical activity. - Pre Workout Supplement- I haven’t always been taking pre workouts but within the last year or two I’ve got onto them and it’s made a world of difference in my workouts. Now not everyone needs a pre-workout supplement to have energy and motivation to hit the gym, but it’s recommended as it gives you a jump in energy and endurance.
