Round 1 of P90X

So here are my round 1 pictures after finishing P90X. These pictures show a 6month timegap because when I first did P90X I only did about 50 days before I fell off the wagon. This is kind of technically round 2, but my first round of fully completing P90X without any missed days. so I’ll call it round 1. Enjoy.

I plan on doing P90X, P90X+ for at least one year straight. So stay tuned for new measurements.

  • Hips: 33″
  • Right Thigh: 20″ (measured at midpoint)
  • Left Thigh: 19.75″ (measured at midpoint)
  • Right Arm: 12.5″ (flexed, measured at peak of bicep)
  • Left Arm: 12.2″ (flexed, measured at peak of bicep)
  • Right Wrist: 6.5″
  • Right Wrist: 6.2″
  • Right Forearm: 10.5″
  • Left Forearm: 10.4″

Gain: 13.25 inches overall
Gain: 17 pounds overall
