Everyone wants those awesome ripped abs by the upcoming summer. What if I told you that it’s possible! I was reading through my muscle and fitness magazine today which is the june 2012 edition. I stumbled upon a workout that will get you ripped abs in 30 days. Now this is pretty intense and I wouldn’t recommend try it unless you’re already pretty fit but its your choice!
Ripped Abs In 30 Days
In order to get ripped abs it takes a lot of dedication along with proper diet and nutrition. I’m not going to get into right now let’s just say that in order to get ripped abs nutrition is going to play a vital role meaning 70% or more of your efforts are going to be from diet.
So after reading through this 30 day abs routine I decided to take my magazine and put it through my scanner so I hope you guys enjoy the pictures below and tell days one through seven markdown for you for a 30 day course! Let’s get you some ripped abs!

Remember that even though this can get you ripped abs in 30 days, its all about actually having a low enough body fat percentage to begin with. If your 15-20% or more bodyfat. You wont see your abs but you will build abdominal strength and core strength along with full body workouts with these exercises!
