Hey guys, Coach Lloyd here. Today is Performance Saturday! This weeks edition we are talking about the best stretch techniques and how they can help increase your flexibility, core stretch and overall well being. First off though I want to let you guys know about something cool I made today! So lets get into it! Performance Saturday!
I know we have our nutritional thursday & some people have been requesting that we make a meal plan for them. Now this is rather complicated to do for every single day given my busy schedule but what I was able to do today I think will be great!
I decided to write an eBook called ‘Food Weekly’ basically its about 6 pages long and I intend to have an updated one every week for you guys to download. So for this performance saturday I decided to make a video showing some of my favorite and what I think are the best stretching exercises. Some are from P90X, P90X+ and P90X2. Just a couple to help you guys out if you have problems waking up in the morning & feel stiff. I do a lot of these exercises everyday and it really helps me.
Yoga, Stretching and these lesser impact workouts are very beneficial to improving your fitness & athleticism. Just like Tony Horton said. He can do 20 pull ups not because it works it hard but because he does yoga/stretching! Trust me its that good! So I hope you guys enjoy this weeks edition of Performance Saturday! Make sure to do your best always bring your best performance to any workout you do!
