My 1 of 2 days off, Sunday. Did some laundry, worked out, hung out with my gf, then stayed at home after that. I enjoy relaxing on my days off what can i say?!
Workout: Day 73: Legs & Back
Day 73: I know I know, I havent posted a workout blog post in a while. Reason being is I’ve been pretty busy with my job and personal matters. Which also means I’ve missed a few days of working out, I know.. its not an excuse :(. I missed about 4 days of workouts so I got back into it today. Still not really wanting to do it because I got into that rut. I still did my workout anyway and I feel better afterwards. I also got a droid bionic yesterday, now i’ve never had a smartphone before so my new droid is pretty fun to play around with! I was able to download this really cool app that helps me track calories so i should defiantly see bigger weight gains if I can reach my caloric goal of 3500 each day. I didnt use the weighted vest today since i’ve been out of the scene for a few days and didnt want to go too hard right out the box.
Tomorrow is Yoga X, but i’ll also try to add AB Ripper X to bridge the gap on my missed workouts. Thats about it for today, I uploaded a video on my youtube channel of an owl we have @ work. Its pretty cool video and should hold you guys over until I make a new video within the coming days. Seeya next time!
