Meals

Home Made Garlic Chicken
Lots of Whole Milk(GOMAD)
Chips and Salsa(I love chips and salsa what can i say lol !)
Other things that I probably forgot.

 

Pre Workout

1 Serving Black Powder

 

Post Workout

16 oz whole milk

Work:

The last day off today :( , what a sad sad day. Back to work tomorrow :( . I didn’t do much these two days off from work aside from bumming around the house and spending time with my GF before she had to go to work(we didn’t have the same days off this time).

 

Workout: X Stretch

Still in my recovery week, today was X Stretch which is kinda nice considering its my day off. I took my black powder again today so I had some energy for the stretch workout. Lets just hope I’m able to go to sleep tonight since i took black powder at around 7PM. It says NOTE* Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime*.. lol. I usually go to sleep at 9-10PM on work nights.  Not too much detail about x stretch aside from I’d highly recommend that you do at least stretching once a week regardless of what type of workouts you do. It is key to your flexibility and strength.
