Lots of whole milk today, mhh mhh mhh! Didn’t count my calories exactly.

 

Pre Workout

1 Serving Black Powder

 

Post Workout

16 oz whole milk

Work:

Day 1 of my two days off. To be honest I was dragging all day today, pretty much just sat in the recliner and watched tv most of the day lol. But hey… its my day off so I should be able to relax right?! I didn’t have much energy today so I did need a energy boost… what to do? Take black powder!

 

Workout: Yoga X

Today was Yoga X, I didn’t have much energy today so I took Black Powder to boost my energy. It actually helped a lot as I was able to complete my workout when I didn’t really want to do much of anything today besides lounge around the house. Overall yoga was a good workout, much needed today to increase my flexibility.

In other news I bought myself some shakeology today! I can’t wait for it to arrive, im looking forward to using it everyday!

I’ve gained close to 10 pounds since i started this mass round. Which is pretty good to me.  I’d say majority of that sucess goes GOMAD which is gallon of milk a day(whole milk). It really helps.
