P90X Mass Round, Day 41: Shoulders & Arms, Crunches

Meals

Probably around 2500 calories today.

 

Pre Workout

16 Oz Whole Milk

1 Full Serving Iso Mass

 

 

 

Post Workout

1 Serving xtend

2 serving creatine

Work:

First day back at work, wasn’t too busy today. Was pretty steady. Got a lot of stuff done which is good. Looking ahead at tomorrow it doesn’t look that busy but it can change in a second where i work lol. Only downside is we had an emergency call at 4:55PM and we close at 5PM. That being said I didnt get home until 7:15PM :( .

 

Workout: Shoulders & Arms (15 pound weighted vest whole workout) + 100 Crunches
Did half of today’s workout. I got home much later than usually expected so I started my workout at around 8PM. Did half the workout then decided to finish off with 100 crunches to feel some burn in my abs. Now im drinking my post workout drink. Overall it wasn’t too bad of a workout. The pump from shoulders and arms felt good. I’m using 30 pounds on most exercises now. Except for tricep moves and shoulder moves.  According to my schedule tomorrow starts my recovery week so yeah, X-Stretch! Which I haven’t done in a long time. Going to get my flexibility back! :)
