Didn’t count my calories but I ate a lot of food today. Some healthy and others not soo healthy lol. It happens though.

I actually did this workout yesterday but forgot to post it. So this was done on sunday. Which my first of 2 days off. I got up and had some oatmeal with whole milk for breakfast, took my animal pak then worked out.

 

Workout: Legs & Back (15 pound weighted vest whole workout)
So the workout was Legs and Back, I used the 15 pound weighted vest the whole workout. It went good but I felt rushed during my workout. I was on a time schedule as I was gonna go out with my gf on a date. She was sitting watching tv waiting for me to finish workout out. So I did all the moves and exercises with the vest on but I just didn’t execute proper form in some cases probably. Either way I had my workout done and I was exhausted and sweaty which is good to me. Right now i’m a day behind. Meaning, I did Legs and Back yesterday. I need to do Ab Ripper X and Yoga X today.
