Work:

Tuesday, first day back at work. Today was pretty chaotic overall. Real busy and stuff. We close at 5PM but we didnt actually leave until around 6:15PM. Then I got home by around 7PM. Pretty lame… Worked out from 7:45-8:45pm.

Workout: Legs & Back
Today was legs and back. I did this workout with my weighted vest. It was really hard on the pull up section. I could only do like 3-6 pull ups with the vest on. Was really intense. Overall though good workout for sure.

Yesterday was supposed to be Yoga X but I missed it because I had a lot of stuff to get done yesterday(last day off). Did my laundry, got a haircut, looked for a cage for a chinchilla im getting from my doctor at work, went to buy groceries, bought taxi coupons. Pretty much my last day off was spent going from point A to point Z so by the time i finished it was around 5PM and i was tired and didnt want to workout lol. So that makes 4 total workouts missed in 21 days.

The day before yesterday 6/17/11 was AB Ripper X which I did do but I just didnt post about it so here it is. That workout went well, no problems reported.

I’m off to sleep im tired(9PM), seeya guys tomorrow.
