Work:

Thursday of work. Pretty busy day. Only had one doctor working today but the schedule was fully booked. Had one angry customer and of course I had to deal with them lol. They didnt have enough to pay their bill but it got resolved in the end(their friend paid over the phone lol). Cool. 2 more days then im off!

Workout: AB Ripper X, Followed by Chest, Shoulders & Triceps(15 pound weighted vest used for both)
I started my workout tonight at around 8PM. I also decided to record some of it and post it on youtube. Its upload right now as of this posting. Once its online i’ll link it here as well. Overall both workouts went well. I used my weighted vest on both and it was surprisingly tough but I tried my best and pushed until muscle failure. I’m drinking my post workout drink right now and going to get to bed as im an hour over due(10PM!). lol..  tomorrow is my off day for working out so i’ll probably not post until saturday.
