P90X Mass Round, Day 1: Chest,Shoulders & Triceps


Hey guys,

I know its been a while since my last post/video. I’ve been real busy with work and unfortunately haven’t had time to post or make videos. I restarted this round because I got behind due to missing workouts(tired after work). So I restarted my round and today was my first day. Chest Shoulders and Triceps, I’d have to say it went pretty well actually. I took my M-Stak 30 minutes before workout as well as 1 serving black powder before workout. It gave me the energy and pump to actually make it through all my workout. Towards the end my body was maxed out though because when I would try to do a push up and finish some of the last exercises. I wasn’t able to push back up lol. Overall though it was a really good workout and I’m glad I finished all of it even though I haven’t worked out consisently in quite a while due to time issues. I took 2 servings Xtend and 2 serving creatine post workout to finish it off. Right now im just relaxing about to get ready for sleep. I got work in the morning and need to wake up at 5:30AM so hopefully I sleep well. The warning label on black powder did say *Do not take this product within 4 hours of bedtime due to this product having caffeine*… oops lol. Lets see how that turns out. Anyways… I’m off to sleep.
