Last day off. Back to work tomorrow.


Workout: Day28  Round 5(in total), Mass Round (v2). Heavy Chest & Back( 20 lb vest) 

Day28 (11/06/11): Sunday, I felt pretty good this day. I took my C4 pre workout and serious mass post workout.  Did Heavy Chest & Back with the 20 lb weighted vest. It was a pretty intense workout overall.

Day 29(11/07/11): Monday, now its today that im posting this. I’m not gonna lie.. I feel really sick today. My throat hurts, my whole body feels congested and my nose is stuffed like how it used to be with my allergies. Defiantly am not in the mood to workout today and will probably skip it as to not make myself worse.  The only thing I can think of is I got a cold from being out in the morning with a muscle shirt and very windy area. I have work tomorrow so I just hope I feel better in the morning or tomorrow is gonna be a terrible day -__-.

Well I’m gonna go try to rest this cold off. Talk to you laters!
