Work:

Day 1 back @ work, Tuesday. Wasn’t too overly busy but had a few spurts of busy. Got off work around 5:30PM and my girlfriend picked me up! :)

Workout: Day 15+ 16, Round 5(in total), Mass Round (v2). Heavy Back and Biceps(20lb weighted vest) + AB Ripper X ! 

Day 15 (10/24/11): Monday, today was by birthday(turned 20!), so I didn’t really want to workout. This workout was supposed to be heavy back and biceps.

Day 16(10/25/11): Tuesday, today was supposed to be your choice+ Ab ripper x. However since I missed yesterday workout I made up for it by doing Heavy Back and Biceps from yesterday + AB Ripper X for today. It was a pretty intense workout with the 20lb weighted vest+ 30 pound dumbell. Overall I felt really pumped and felt like it was a good workout! After that I went to hang out with my gf for a bit and ate a whole entree of mushroom chicken alfredo from pizza hut! :O it was really delicious though. I’ll seeya guys tomorrow!
