Day 14, Heavy Chest Shoulders Triceps + AB Ripper X!

Day 1 of my 2 days off!
Workout: Day 14, Round 5(in total), Mass Round (v2). Heavy Chest Shoulders Triceps + AB Ripper X ( with 20lb weighted vest)
Day 12 (10/21/11): Friday my rest/x stretch day, I decided to do a rest day so I didn’t post.
Day 13(10/22/11): Was yesterday.. Saturday.. was supposed to be Plyometrics or Cardio X. However after work my boss wanted me to go to a company party to welcome a new addition to our staff. So that was actually a really long party lol from about 8pm until midnight when I got home. So I defiantly was too tired for Plyometrics. Which officially marks the first missed day so far this round.
Day 14(10/23/11): Was today! Heavy Chest Shoulders Triceps+ AB Ripper X, was a good workout for sure. I focused on 6-8 reps with the weighted vest. After which I did ab ripper x. I drank my post workout drink immediatly after the main workout and it helped me complete ab ripper x a little bit easier actually. Tip of the day* Take your pre and post workout drinks! They rock! Seriously though, my new pre workout drink C4 was taken me to new levels of energy after long days of work. I love it! Well.. thats about it for me today. I’ll catch you guys tomorrow!
