Work:

Wednesday and Thursday, wednesday wasn’t too bad but thursday(t0day) got slammed at the end. I’m not looking forwad to friday with 15 drop off appointments between 8-9am… oh boy, here we go!


Workout: Day 10+11, Round 5(in total), Mass Round (v2).  1/2 Heavy Legs, 1/2 Shoulders & Arms (20 lb weighted vest) + AB Ripper X!

Day 10 : So I didn’t do yesterday’s workout because I let time slip away and kept putting it off. I made up for it today by doing half of each day’s workout + AB Ripper X.

Day 11: Today’s workout was supposed to be Shoulders & Arms but I missed  yesterday so I did half of each. As far as how the workouts went today. I felt pretty near exhausted @ the end of the workout. The whole thing took me about 1 hour 15 minutes to complete but I skipped most of the breaks and pausing. I focused on 6-8 reps for the legs as I was using the 20lb vest plus weights for intensity. For shoulders and arms, I used the 30 lb dumbell and focused on 6-10 reps. Towards the end of the workout I was struggling to hit 6 which is fine. Followed that up with a good AB Ripper X. So I feel accomplished and caught up for today. Tomorrow is my rest/ x-stretch today so I might post.. .or i might not . Haven’t figured that far ahead yet. Either way, seeya soon :D
