We are back again with our week 2 start of motivating monday! Today’s topic is going to be talking about what motivates me to workout, how you can incoporate it into your life & how these motivating monday videos will help you feel more determined and do your best!
So today was my first day back at my working out schedule. I just finished doing my 8 week journey with Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength. I saw good results & gains over the course of 8 weeks so I’m happy with how the journey went.
So this new workout program I have is a little bit different from the last, this new one has me doing pull up & chin ups twice a week while the classic SS doesn’t have any of those moves. I like pull ups I think their a great exercise that builds phenomaly strength. Today’s workout was really quick, mainly because when you restart your rounds. Your weight starts a lot lower. So Today I was only lifting 95lbs at the highest. When on my last session of classic SS I was lifting 165lbs which made my workouts a lot longer. It will gradually increase. So I want to enjoy my workouts now while their quick 🙂
