Motivating Monday: We Are Awesome!
Week 1 Journey
Hey guys, Coach Lloyd here again with our day 2 journey of this week. Our goal on sunday was giving up something(could be anything) that is holding you back from reaching your health & fitness dreams/goals. In my cause it was playing a video game but in your case it could be something… anything!
Anyway, today is Monday & we are all about trying to be motivated & doing our best today. So I’ve made a youtube video talking a little bit & showing some people doing some really cool stuff! You gotta check this out!
I’ve gone through a lot of ups & downs in my life and I can say that working out has always been a place where I can let out any anger or emotions I’m having & actually feel better in the end. No matter how bad your day is, if you just commit yourself to that 1 hour a day & push play. Trust me, you’ll feel 10 times better after you finish. Why? Because You commited yourself to something greater than what you are, you have a goal & a vision!
Remember that rome wasn’t built in a day & neither was your body! So keep pushing play my friends! (Your awesome if you know where that quote is from!)
