Hey guys today was our Free Lunch Friday video and I wanted to talk about a topic that had been on my mind for the past couple of weeks. About a month ago or so, I increased my workout out from 3x a week to 4x a week of weight lifting because I felt my results were stalled hoping that might be the answer as to why. I tried it out for about a month and it worked pretty well but over time I saw a decrease in strength and energy.
So today I made a video talking about the new course of action I’ve decided to go with my 4x a week weight lifting program. I’ve tweaked it slightly to what best suits my needs. Its working good so far so we’ll see. Below is our Free Lunch Friday video, enjoy!
