I'm not a fan of Crossfit. There is too much emphasis on conditioning for my liking and I think the Crossfit workouts are prone to causing injury because of the high repetitions. Doing 25 reps of clean and press, for example, seems pointless...

Have any of you tried Crossfit? Do you think it is a good program?
