Jessica's Workout Log!
« on: October 13, 2012, 06:29:49 PM »
Today is day one of my workout plan.  I decided to make a goal to lose 30 pounds. i don't care how long it takes but my goal is to workout everyday until i am 30 pounds lighter and move on to a new goal.  Exercise is very hard for me, it does not keep my interest, i'm not flexible so if the move is too complicated i give up easily and i'm very self conscience when in public.  To help with this i bought an elliptical, it's easy, it's in my house, and it is fun for me. My next challenge is to make a habit of it and keep it up every day.  Today i ran 2.53 miles, burned about 50.7 calories and then did a ab ripper x workout from P90X.  This is a big deal for me for it's hard for me to run one mile let alone 2.  I used the NO extreme pre-work out supplement. I used to use C4 but it made me gain more weight and made me sick. NO worked well i had more energy and was able to work out longer then usual.  It made me feel sick at first and was hard to drink, the taste was not great. But after working out and taking a cold shower i feel great! I'm looking forward to working out tomorrow. Another challenge is eating right and fitting this all in with my work schedule. I have Coach Lloyd to thank for motivating me and helping me! I will be posting everyday i work out to help motivate and keep track of my progress!
Until tomorrow!  8)

[b]10-17-12 Day #2[b]
So working out on days I work has turned out harder then I thought, I work the evening shift and it's hard for me to wake up early enough to workout. I'm trying though!
Today's Workout:
I ran 4.04 Miles
I burned 80.9 calories
I did P90X Ab Ripper X workout

Supplements:
CLK one softgel with breakfast and one post workout
Super HD one capsule pre-workout
L-carnitine 500mg pre-workout

I felt good with today's workout, I pushed myself.  Super HD gave me enough energy without feeling jittery. I feel accomplished having ran 4 miles when I used to have trouble with one. I feel more motivated and it's easier to push forward when i go by the distance rather then the time and calories burned.
Challenges: Continue to try to work out everyday and push to running 5 miles tomorrow!!

Well done for taking action and starting an exercise program.

Make sure you have a nutrition plan because what you eat is far more important when it comes to fat loss. Do you have a nutrition plan?

Workout Day #3
Ok so i kinda procrastinated all week and last week.  Last week I was motivated and on a roll but then things came up that i had to focus on and i lost my motivation.  I got it back today!
I ran 3 miles, One of which i ran non stop, i ran the total 3 miles in 17 minutes! (not counting the water breaks but still pretty good!)
I burned 60.7 calories.

Now last week i had a workout session with Coach Lloyd.  It was a good workout but me being out of shape he had to push me and really motivate me! Trust me i was VERY sore the next day! He's a good coach, he explained how to do the exercises, what muscles would benefit, and the different ways or difficulty levels you can do.  Thanks Coach Lloyd :D

Also I've been trying to eat healthy, count my calorie intake, eat less fat.  I've been pretty good staying within my calorie limit and I stopped eating fast food and drinking soda, it's been 2 or 3 weeks since i had soda, (minus one splurge this week) and I've been drinking a lot more water.  Tomorrow i will try to run 5 miles.  Until tomorrow!  :o
