Looking for a Protein with Benefits

I have found that when I am using protein shakes as a supplement to a full meal I was missing out on other key elements.  I am wondering if there is a powder that has immune boosting supplements or high antioxidant content?

Are there other benefits that can be found in Protein powders?

Whey Protein usually is a great source of amino acids which we usually absorb in good amounts though whole foods but amino acids have good immune booster,prevention of muscle breakdown and promoting recovery and growth properties.

If you are missing out on key trace elements look into a good multi vitamin as well :). I use animal pak multi but I've heard good things about ON opti men/opti women.

You should focus on consuming the micronutrients you need through whole food, not supplements. There are a few vitamins and minerals you may need to supplement with because they are hard to obtain from food, magnesium and vitamin D, for example.

Whey protein is supposed to have anti-carcinogenic properties but I'm not sure about that. It is processed food and highly insulinogenic.

You should regulate your diet. Healthy diets should regularly include high quality, low fat sources of protein, like whey protein. Calories do count and you want to make sure that you are getting the most benefit from the calories you consume.

My friend proteins shakes are the best source to gain protein and from that our body create amino acids very fast and helps to grow muscle...
