You should regulate your diet. Healthy diets should regularly include high quality, low fat sources of protein, like whey protein. Calories do count and you want to make sure that you are getting the most benefit from the calories you consume.

[color=purple]Workout Day #3
Ok so i kinda procrastinated all week and last week.  Last week I was motivated and on a roll but then things came up that i had to focus on and i lost my motivation.  I got it back today!
I ran 3 miles, One of which i ran non stop, i ran the total 3 miles in 17 minutes! (not counting the water breaks but still pretty good!)
I burned 60.7 calories.

Now last week i had a workout session with Coach Lloyd.  It was a good workout but me being out of shape he had to push me and really motivate me! Trust me i was VERY sore the next day! He's a good coach, he explained how to do the exercises, what muscles would benefit, and the different ways or difficulty levels you can do.  Thanks Coach Lloyd :D 

Also I've been trying to eat healthy, count my calorie intake, eat less fat.  I've been pretty good staying within my calorie limit and I stopped eating fast food and drinking soda, it's been 2 or 3 weeks since i had soda, (minus one splurge this week) and I've been drinking a lot more water.  Tomorrow i will try to run 5 miles.  Until tomorrow!  :o  [/color]

Squats stationary to fix a slight form issue. OHP up to 75 and DL up to 180. Probably going to shoot for larger increments come next week!
