This is the second product from Cellucor's Cor Performance series line that launched September 7th of this year. This video is also about as long as the BCAA review (20 minutes) simply because there is a lot of information to go over regarding creatine. This is a very informative and detailed review leaving nothing out so I highly recommend you watch this video if you plan or already take creatine.

I made a very informative and detailed review about Cellucor's new product their BCAA. If you dont know much about BCAA supplementation or want to know how this product stacks up then I highly recommend you watch the video below. Its quite long (20+ minute) but you'll learn everything about amino acids and BCAA in this video!

Here is Technique Tuesday's video and today we show you how to properly do the Dumbbell Arnold Press. Its a slightly more technical exercise than the classic dumbbell press but if you watch the video you'll learn the benefits to it!


Here is Workout Wednesday with some footage recorded over the past 3 days. This video is great because it shows the vast contrast between front squat and back squat. It also shows a new way for me personally to do a back squat! So please watch and let me know what you think!

Workout Wednesday, this is actually two workouts one from Monday and some clips from Tuesdays workout. I've noticed my body is feeling weak sometimes and I'm leaning to the fact I may be over training with my 1.5 hour long sometimes 2 hour long workout sessions. Since the weight has gotten so heavy I've broken these workouts into 2 separate upper/lower or full body days.

Hey guys, I tried out the Daily Video series a few months ago doing a variety of topics but I became overwhelmed a little and ran out of ideas because I was putting WAY too much over effort into each video and returning very small views.

Since then I've learned a lot of new things and  I decided to make a new daily video series. Its similar to the old one but with newer names/topics for each day.

Each week will be in its own topic on this forum so you can follow along easier for each week. So lets begin!
