What are your favorite sources of protein?

I think my favorite way of eating protein is grilled chicken!

My favorite source of protein is soy protein powder.  I am vegetarian so I don't eat animal products.  I enjoy my protein in a smoothie with fruit and almond milk. I also like stir fry with tofu.

I am not sure what my favorite protein source is. I do not eat beef, so I eat a lot of chicken, but in a perfect world I would eat more high quality seafood, like halibut, salmon, or cod.

In a perfect world you would eat grass fed beef. Beef is very good for you and it will supply amino acids through the day because it takes a long time to digest.

My favourite source of protein is probably lamb. I love eating lamb!

I have recently become a vegetarian, so I am missing out on all the meats, which offer great portein content. But I absolutely love all types of vegetables. Vegetables are actually a great source of protein considering the caloric value. It isn't as jam-packed as meats, but having a lot more veggies in your diet would be so beneficial, OBVIOUSLY. Nuts and beans are always good, too.

Bean are a great source of protein and fiber.  Lucky Beans!
I love bean salad with avocado and light feta.  Cheeses being a protein as well.
Though I wouldn't put up a fight against Cedar planked salmon..Mmmm Protein-ey!

I love grilled chicken and eggs. Sometimes I'll throw in a protein shake too. Vanilla is my favorite flavor. I add bananas and orange juice to make a type of 'orange julius' protein shake.

Protein does more than just build strong muscles. It also strengthens bones, increases satiety, protects against heart disease, and helps support a healthy immune system. Following are the best sources of protein:
Beans
Quinoa
Soya Beans
Nuts and Seeds
Broccoli
Spanish
