Can't sleep....
« on: January 30, 2012, 10:02:53 PM »
Went to bed at 9... It's now coming up on 11. Having problems getting to sleep after workouts and I start those around 6-6:30.  I hate this.

I've heard of alot of people having issues taking pre workout supplements, or working out late at night and then being unable to sleep for hours. For some reason I usually zonk out after a good hard workout. Have you looked into ZMA? Its a pill you take before bed and it helps you go to sleep. I think we have some on the website if you use the search store function. Only problem is I heard ZMA makes you oversleep lol!

I know it's been a while...but I used to have trouble sleeping until I found Sleepy Time tea.  Lipton makes it.  I found that even just having a ritual of going to bed helped.  A warm shower and a cup of tea.  Can work wonders.

I use to have a bad problem with going to bed. Im finding now that when I put myself on a schedule I get better results. I usually go to bed at 12 and wake up at seven. I take a shower before bed so that I dont do have to do much in the mornings.

Hello,
I can understand you problem my aunt is also suffering from this situation. One doctor suggest her before going to sleep think what you have done in the whole day and even a minor thing like how many glass of water you have drinks...
