Starting to feel/see slight changes :)

Can definitely feel a change in my stomach area. There's still some fat there but I can defiantly feel my stomach getting flatter. It's slight but I notice it. Also see some slight change in my chest area, not much, but I notice. Have no idea what's going on in the back but I'll take photo's at the 30 day mark. Going into recovery week next week, but will probably still do ab ripper x for the 3 day's. Also, only did 30 minutes of plyometrics then got a phone call and didn't finish :( so might do the rest instead of kempo x. I did kempo x and felt it was too hard on my shoulder joint's but that might have just been me going at it to hard. Will post my ab ripper x video on youtube this weekend along with some other video's I hope. Lloyd, watch the ab video and tell me what I'm doing wrong. Anyway, there's the update. Also updated my blog on the beach body site. Have a good weekend everyone!

Glad to hear everything is coming along good! It takes time and dedication but within 8 weeks you'll be seeing more noticeable results. How is your beach body business coming? Nice to hear that you are getting thinner than before. It is really very good. You can go for exercise and dieting to lose your weight. Pole dance, yoga & salsa lessons can help you in losing your weight.
