Prepping myself for Monday's start
« on: January 19, 2012, 08:45:44 PM »
I've been doing the x-stretch every other day since I got back and ohhhhh it burns....but feel's sooooo good afterwards. My muscle's feel like they're kinda floating and light. Some of them I can't get all the way down, specially for the hamstring one's but I get down far enough to where my calves are really burning. Just got doing the x-stretch and it just feel's good. Anyway, I'm ready to get this started.

Yeah man I love x-stretch. Its a mini yoga but not quite as intense. Since your doing x-stretch now it will definitely help in future workouts when you start your round of p90X :). I'm looking forward to your updates on how everything goes with your workouts!

Stretching exercise are very good for your health. They can give enough stretch to your muscles.  If you are starting your week then it is the best for starting your work. After weekend your body and your muscles need some stretches to come back to work out for the whole week.

I'm going to try the x-stretch myself. I agree that stretching exercises are very good for your health, I just need to get myself motivated once again.  :D

Yes yoga and stretching are some of the most enjoyable exercises for me. Since Im not flexible it gives me other advantages as well. I feel a lot more relaxed after the workouts are finished. Im going to uptake the stretching since Im going to do a lot more running in the coming weeks.
