    * Pick Dishes with Creamy Sauces for Extra Taste
    * Eat Before Entering A Store
    * Have Patience
    * Plan Ahead Your Activities
    * Organically Approved
    * Do not Skip Out on Meals
    * Have a Back up Plan Ready
    * Reassure Yourself
    * Stay Relaxed
    * Be Honest
    * Running Programs
    * Use Visuals for Boost
    * 5-6 minor meals through day
    * At least one Intense Workout

Eating less often is better for weight control. By reducing your meal frequency you will increase insulin sensitivity and your body will burn body fat during the fasting period. Skipping meals is good so long as you don't overcompensate later on.

My suggestions would be to get on a weight loss program with a certified trainer or do something like P90x. Also I would suggest for the person to cut sugar and bread. Replace sugary drinks with water. Cut bread and start eating clean. Eating clean means to incorporate a lot of protein, vegetables and fruits into your diet. Cut back candy, chips and junk food and you should see incredible results.

Eat Fruits and Green Vegetables
Drink fruit juices
Try to get some exercises
take proper sleep

There are several ways that you need to consider when you want to get slim first is join a exercise class like Yoga or aerobic, then plan a healthy diet, also reduced stress and take a regular sleep every night.

Being overweight increases your risk for high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, heart diseases, or diabetes. If you think that you can no longer zip your pants, you might want to consider trimming down.
