Does anybody here run?

I run about 18 miles a week. Does anybody else here run?

I do some cardio workouts that are mostly plyometrics to maintain my cardiovascular endurance since I am currently on a bulking regimine. I never was big into running but I commend you for running 18 miles a week thats huge to me :)

I used to do a lot of running. I was a cross-country and middle distance runner in my school years. I continued running once I left school (before I started weight training), but I don't run as much nowadays. I sprint once a week and go for a 5 mile run at the weekend.

Not regularly. While doing P90X (which was about a year ago,) I would jog on my elliptical for 20 minutes as some pre-workout cardio (which is excellent for weight loss for anyone curious!)

I run, but not that much! That's awesome. I hope to work my way up to that level soon. In high school I was mostly a sprinter. The only time i did distances, was during cross country season ( which was specifically for keeping in shape over the summer).

Dude you are such a good athlete. I just run around 5 to 6 miles in day...

I also start running 10 miles every because I'm undergo in weight lose program and I want to reduce my weight as fast as possible.

Running is regarded to be one of the best exercises to get in shape and reduce weight. There are many health benefits of running. I also run 10 to 12 miles a week and enjoy it as an exercise.
