your deal on exercise..!
« on: December 06, 2011, 03:12:49 AM »
do you run, swim, Gym?
Actually, I want to do all of them. I want to run to the Gym, excercise with the weight lifting machines and then swim before I go back home. Is it ideal?

How do I make sure I am exercising properly and not creating a negative effect?

Never excerised that significantly or regularly for that matter, but want to do it now.

How do you exercise?

Exercise alone or dieting alone can help you to lose your weight infact you have to go for both for losing weight. You can go for aerobics and dance. They can help you to lose your weight. Salsa is very good dance typle. You can lose lots of weight out of it.

@manihar234

You've got to find out your goals and then based on what type of results you want to achieve devise a good workout program :). It usually takes several weeks before external changes are visible.

Your control of what you put in your mouth and how you exercise is completely your own. Regular exercise can keep you fit and fine. If you are over weight or obesed then exercise can keep you healthy. Regular workouts and exercise routine can keep you away from blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease.

I do about 45 minutes of walking daily, along with 20 minutes of free weights. That, and watching what I eat seem to be helping me.  :D

I do Zumba at least two times a week (aqua zumba and then at least one session of land Zumba), and then the other days I do weights.

Yes, swimming is probably the best non-stress working out you can do. You can get some awesome cardio, while also working out your shoulder, core and legs properly. Yoga is also a wonderful strengthening and toning exercise. Holding those poses helps posture, while strengthening, too.

If you want a non-resistant cardio workout, go for the elliptical or the stationary bike - two great fat burning tools.

I do some long cardio sessions three times a week. I also squeeze in a plyometrics exercise session twice a week. Once a week Ill do yoga and I also stretch after my runs. You just have to create program that works for you.

Yoga exercises for seniors can help improve flexibility and reduce aches and pains. Yoga back exercises can be used to strengthen and improve the health of your back.
