Has anyone tried Hip Hop Abs?
« on: October 15, 2012, 02:30:19 PM »
I just started using Hip Hop Abs about a week and a half ago. I love it. Before I started this program I never worked out. I have thyroid disease so I just never have much energy. I want to get rid of 20 pounds so I had to try something. I wanted something to get me active and came across this and I love it!!!. It makes me want to do it. It is pretty fun and my stomach is already getting a bit tighter.

Ive heard a lot of women enjoy this workout. I've watched the trailer for it but I've never personally tried it. Its made by the same company that makes P90X,Insanity,P90X2, etc so its a high grade product for sure. The same trainer in hip hop abs is also in Insanity workout program.

I do Ab ripper x from p90x and some other core moves to maintain my sixpack.

It's great that you have found exercise you enjoy. I think any program which attracts people who don't exercise is a good thing. It sounds like a cool theme for a workout, what does it involve?

I've never tried hip-hop abs, but I have a friend that does it each morning before her yoga, and she looks amazing! It could be the yoga, but it could also be this. It's definitely worth a try!

Hip Hop Abs really help you lose weight. It is just another exercise program that delivers false promises. Yoga is also best exercise to keep yourself fit and fine interms of mentally and physically.
