Is doing after all exercise forearms  workout is good to do or it has any particular time for taking better muscle?...

I think best way to exercise your forearms is using weights or small barbell. Using only your hands and wrists, curl the barbell up toward the ceiling as high as possible, keeping your forearms flat on your lap.
