Holy crap....those are tough buggers!!!  But my biceps are screaming...so happy about that  ;D

It's good. I'm getting way better at Ab ripper x, can now get through 40, plus the 10 at the end of mason twists without stopping. Still have some stomach fat there that I'm trying to get rid of. I hear almonds, egg's, and avacado's are suppose to help burn tummy fat so I've been trying to eat more of those in doses, mainly at breakfast. But so far it's been good. Started the next 60 day's this past monday and started shakeology which you already saw on youtube, so that is going well. My mom is suppose to come in next month so I'm thinking about ordering a bag of the tropical strawberry for her for an early birthday present. Haven't decided yet, but if she end's up really liking it and see's result's with it, she could spread it word of mouth to her friends...and she's got ton's of friends. Also have gotten it down to where I'm getting 2800 to 3000 calorie's a day. First month was up and down, but I've finally got my body used to eating every couple of hour's so I'm getting that in. It still flux's every now and then but I'm trying for that every day. Still not sleeping as well as I should and haven't gotten C4 yet to try. The pre workout stuff I'm using I'm now taking half the dosage and drinking about 8oz of whey protein with milk about 30 minutes before workout. Saw a little difference on getting to sleep slightly faster but still felt I didn't get the sleep I needed. Felt a little bit of surge but not as much as taking the full scoop of the pre workout so I've got to find other alternatives cause it's killing my sleep. That or just not take anything at all except the whey protein or move my workouts to the morning before work. Other than that, everything has been going well. Bicep's are really sore today, even after taking the whey protein and bcaa's the night before, but that's ok. How are you doing on the 4 a.m. wakeup call?

There are some some interesting pull ups that are challenging. Pull ups are the best exercise you shouldn't skip it!
