Best workout for biceps

I love working out my biceps, but sometimes the inside of my elbows get TORN UP. What are some of your favorite bicep lifts?

Barbell Bicep Curl for width
and Preacher Curl for peak of the bicep.

Since the bicep is a small muscle group with only 2 heads it doesn't take that much reps or variety of exercises to promote muscle growth.

I like hammer curls to hit the outside head of the bicep. The inside of my bicep is well-developed so I focus on hitting the outside head using hammer curls. Chin ups are good as well, the stimulus is indirect but the load is heavy.

Your biceps muscles are composed of both fast-twitch and slowtwitch muscle fibers. So the key to maximizing arm size is to make sure you work all of these fibers. Try this three-move routine twice a week for 4 weeks. It hits your fast-twitch fibers with heavy weights and low repetitions.

Well i usually would like most workout of shoulder and thigh. My friend very touchy about his biceps every day he do hammer with dumbbells...
