Here is Technique Tuesday, showing you how to properly do a BB row or Bent over Barbell Row. Its a great exercise that works the whole back and traps/scapula together :).

Workout Wednesday, this is actually two workouts one from Monday and some clips from Tuesdays workout. I've noticed my body is feeling weak sometimes and I'm leaning to the fact I may be over training with my 1.5 hour long sometimes 2 hour long workout sessions. Since the weight has gotten so heavy I've broken these workouts into 2 separate upper/lower or full body days.
