I’ve been getting a lot of requests from people on YouTube requesting me to do a stretch routine for them. Today I decided would be a good day to show you guys some of my favorite upper body stretches. These are moves that I’ve learned from various workout DVD’s. I hope to make more of these with more in depth instruction if these types of videos are popular.
