Here is my review on the EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale, I bought this on Amazon after feeling a need to get more accurate with my calorie counting abilities. I use my smart phone app and do pretty well but when it comes to grams and ounces I would like to be more precision and that’s why I bought this. I also did a video review which you can find below if reading isn’t your thing!
EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale
Max weight 11lbs; Displays ounces/lbs/grams/kgs; Graduation .05 oz / 1 gram
FREE EatSmart Calorie Factors guide included (helps make counting calories a bit easier if you don’t have a smart phone/website to use)
Tare feature eliminates the weight of a plate; 3 Minute Auto-Shutoff lets you prepare ingredients while maintaining battery life
I myself find the TARE feature awesome because I don’t like to dirty up the scale with food bits so simply put a bowl/plate then zero it out before adding the food onto your scale. I’ve had the EatSmart Precision Pro Kitchen Scale for about a week now and has worked great for me. I’m surprised because on certain foods I’m actually eating more than I had originally thought. Which is a good thing for me since I’m trying to bulk up to 170-190lbs(at some point).
Overall a very simple but effective digital scale, I also have a bathroom scale from the same company (EatSmart) and have been pleased with both items. I will also be doing a review on that bathroom scale at some point later on.
