Welcome to the first episode of cooking with Lloyd.  I’ve done cooking episodes before my channel but this is the first episode where it’s just me cooking. I don’t know how often I’ll be making the cooking with Lloyd episodes but hopefully they’ll be an interesting series for most people. The meal made in today’s video was actually inspired a couple days ago by just randomly throwing some things together and having it turn out really good. The ingredients are simple and don’t require a lot of prep time. You can have this ready in about 10 min. total time. The following are the ingredients you’ll need to make what I made in today’s video

Cooking With Lloyd  – Chicken Stir Fry


  • stir fry vegetables( I used frozen)
  • canned chicken( 10 oz)
  • soy sauce
  • salt-and-pepper
  • olive oil

Those the only ingredients needed in order to create the dish that I made in today’s video. It’s really simple – and I thought it would go well considering the ease-of-use and the quality calories, carbs and protein in this dish.

Calories: 530
Protein: 76g
Carbohydrates: 29g
Fat: 7.5g

If you have access to the different types of vegetables needed for stir fry. Then I would recommend just buying the vegetables fresh. It’ll have the highest concentration of nutrients and it would probably taste a little bit fresher. However if you do live the busy lifestyle than using the frozen vegetables would probably be more reasonable.  this is a pretty healthy meal overall. It’s actually supposed to be about 3 to 4 servings for this whole meal. However in my case since im trying to gain mass this would be considered just one serving for me. So make sure to adjust your portions as needed if you’re trying to gain weight or lose fat.
