Today was one of my starting strength workouts, and as always,really tough. I decided to record a video today of my final exercise which was standing barbell curls. Now this was the first time I tried it against the wall for better isolation and it works pretty good. I usually do three sets of five reps each. I just recently added barbell curls to my Monday and Friday workout routine so I’m already seeing results as my arms constantly feel bigger. Since the bicep is a relatively small muscle group it doesn’t take that much exercise to trigger muscle growth so doing it twice a week or even three times a week is probably fine.
