SUNDAY: I just got finished working 6 days straight… we have new employee’s that management hired. One of them gets to work with me in the front reception. I just hope they learn fast and assist me and not slow me down. Tuesday will be the test for us all ….

Workout:  Session #1 of Starting Strength, Workout A 

UPDATE:  So I’m going to write a quick explanation and then let you watch the video below.. So I’ve been pretty much consumed with work for the past couple weeks. I’ve posted a few videos on youtube of star wars the old republic game.  I’ve tried my best to continue to workout but one thing leads to another and before I knew it, I had quite a few days missed on my schedule(I use 90 day schedule at a time, thanks to P90X 🙂 ). So Looking at my schedule right now… that started on 11/28/2011.

Workouts Completed: 25 (27%)

Workouts Misssed: 16  (19%)

Workouts Remaining: 49  (54%)

** Those missed workouts are not consecutive, they are spread out over the course from 11/28/11 to present.

Eitherway, I’m not happy with so many missed day, majority of them were P90X2 days like AB Ripper or Recovery & Mobility. I still missed a few SS workouts though. So I’ve decided to just restart my round of SS, go back to the original weight and work my way back up. I figured with the gains I’ve made so far, I wont have to lower the weights like I had to do initiall since the program was progressing to fast for me and I couldn’t keep up with the weight increase. Hopefully this round around I can.   So i’m done rambling, enjoy the video below!

I completed day 1 of SS today, went good. Overall no main problems to report, however even though my body was used to doing 110lb squats  I felt some good struggle with just 80lbs.

Squats- completed working sets  @ 80lbs( Hack Squat Variation)

Bench Press- completed working sets @ 100lbs

Deadlift- completed working sets @ 100lbs

Tomorrow is X2 Ab Ripper, see you then!
