Work:

Tuesday(second day back @ work)

So i had gotten called into work on Monday. Which is uhh.. never fun lol. Work today was alright, not too busy. Managed to get some stuff done and completed another day..

Workout: Day7 of  Starting Strength(Classic)   

Day 7 of SS( 12/13/11): I’m not sure exactly why I didn’t post day 6 of from the bench, however I did do that workout. So I haven’t missed any starting strength workouts yet.  Today’s workout was Squats/ Bench Press/ Deadlifts. My favorite workout of the two I do. Below are my results from today’s workout. I always write this information while doing the workout. So think of it present tense!

SQUAT INFORMATION: 

Working Set 1- Completed 5 reps @ 110lbs, was difficult because my back defiantly feels tweaked some

Working Set 2- Completed 5 reps @ 110lbs, getting more difficult might not be going as deep as I would like but im pushing hard.

Working Set 3- Completed 5 reps @ 110lbs, my back kind of hurts right now. In the lower spine area above my waist. I think i need to invest in a lifting belt soon.

BENCH PRESS INFORMATION:

Completed all working sets. 3 sets of 5 reps @ 115lbs. I love my bench press workouts!

DEADLIFT INFORMATION: 

Completed all working sets. In deadlift exercise you only do one working set of 5 reps. Completed 1 set of 5 reps @ 130lbs.  The last rep was difficult but I pushed for it and finished.
