Work:

Tuesday(1st day back @ work)

Today at work, how do I describe it. It was really busy because I wasn’t able to complete all my work. However all the clients got out at the right time so we did okay on time. Does that mean I was overloaded and wasn’t able to complete my work due to checking out a lot of clients at the same time?


Workout: Day4 of  Starting Strength(Classic)   

Day 4 of SS( 12/6/11): So the workout today was Squats, Overhead Press and Power Cleans. To be honest it was pretty hard as usual! I look the other workout vs this one lol. This one is harder for sure.  Here are my following stats I imputed into a text document while working out.

SQUAT INFORMATION BELOW:

squats unable to do working sets at 115lbs did 100lbs instead, did 3 sets of 5 reps at 100lbs(squats)

 

OVERHEAD PRESS INFORMATION BELOW:

did 4 out of 5 reps on 105lbs over head. maxed out 4.5 reps. unable to complete 5th rep
arms were shaking, fear of dropping it for real. (set1)
moving down to 95lbs
completed 5 out of 5 reps. SET 2 working

set 3- completed 4 out of 5 reps. struggling to complete 5th rep.
put weight back on floor for a few minutes to regain str for final rep. SET 3 working
on the 5th rep- it was difficult, i felt like my arms were going to give out, but i pushed hard
and managed to get that final rep.

POWERCLEAN INFORMATION BELOW:

105lbs, 5 sets of 3 reps.
WORKING SET 1-  1 rep of 3 at 105lbs, muscles giving out. moving down to 95lbs.
 finished 2 reps at 95lbs.
SET 1 COMPLETE

SET 2- 3 out of 3 reps completed at 95lbs. put gloves on this point,
helped with my hands. they were starting to get blisters.

SET 3-  3 out of 3 reps completed at 95lbs

SET 4- 3 out of 3 reps completed at 95lbs

Set 5- 3 out of 3 reps completed at 95lbs. my shoulders are killing mee!

Overall the hardest part of this workout was defiantly the last moves of Overhead Press & Power Cleans, squats follow very closely behind as my legs are still sore from the last day of SS( day before yesterday).

Tomorrow is going to be Yoga X followed by AB Ripper X from P90X. Seeya then!
