Work:
Monday: Last day off from work, back to the grind tomorrow.. :(. I mostly just relaxed at home, did my workout and am going to hang out with my gf soon. Thats about it for today.
Workout: Day 10 of Starting Strength(Classic)
Day 10 of SS( 12/19/11): So session # 10 from SS, today was Squat, Overhead Press, Power Clean.
SQUAT INFORMATION:
I recently lowered my 1RM on my SS schedule since I wasn’t able to do my working sets. It went from 120lbs to 105lbs. So I’ll be working my way up to 120lbs. Today’s squat working sets were 3 sets of 5 reps @ 105lbs. Completed all. Was pretty hard but I dont have a squat rack and have to power clean them into a front squat every time.
OVERHEAD PRESS INFORMATION:
Working sets, 3 sets of 5 reps @ 105lbs.
Set 1- Completed 4 out of 5 reps @ 105lbs. Lowering down to 100lbs struggling to get the bar above head now.
Set 2- Completed 5 of 5 reps @ 100lbs. Rep 4 & 5 were killer!
Set 3- Completed 5 of 5 reps @ 100lbs. Reps 4 & 5 were hard my whole upper body was starting to shake.
POWER CLEAN INFORMATION:
Completed all working sets. 5 sets of 3 reps @ 110lbs. Was pretty hard but I tried to pace myself throughout these last sets.
Set 1- Completed 3 reps @ 110lbs
Set 2- Completed 3 reps @ 110lbs
Set 3- Completed 3 reps @ 110lbs(explode up!)
Set 4- Completed 3 reps @ 110lbs
Set 5- Completed 3 reps @ 110lbs.
WORKOUT COMPLETE: WORKOUT TIME (1HR 10MINUTES)
