 5:30AM- Wake Up

5:45AM-6:20AM(Prep for Work/Shower)

6:20AM-6:40AM (drink serious mass/check email)

7AM-7:15AM (get ready to leave for work)

8AM-5:30PM(Work)

6PM(Get Home)

7:30PM-9PM(Workout!)

9:11PM(Currently drinking protein drink)

9:30PM(sleep)

 

 

Hey guys, I didn’t post yesterday or sunday cause I was off. Not really needing to worry about those days cause I’ll always sleep in lol! So today I didnt make my 4AM challenge sadly again… it seems i only made it on day 1 lol. :(. Seriously though this is very hard! Anyways, Today at work was alright. Nothing too major.  As far as how my workout went today. It was really hard, I mean like one of the hardest workouts I’ve done! I had to dig down and push really deep to finish this off. I Got it though!

WORKOUT

Starting Strength Session # 14

Squat 3 sets of 5 reps @ 145lbs(Hack squats)

Overhead Press 3 sets of 5 reps @ 110lbs

Power Cleans 3 sets of 5 reps @ 115lbs

Today was tough like I said, I only posted the workout sets since people dont care about warm up sets right?! Anyway, the squats weren’t THAT bad but the overhead press(last few reps) & the last few reps of power cleans were insanely hard. I was close to just saying ‘I’ll finish this tomorrow’ but my mind wouldn’t let me actually do that so I kept going. Now I’m enjoying my 1500 calorie protein drink(I know right?! crazy…) Below are calories for today, close to the mark!

Well I believe thats about it for today, continuing to push hard and keep gaining muscle. Tomorrow is my 2 year anniversary with my girlfriend so I really need to be able to wake up at 4AM and knock out my X2 Yoga workout(from P90X2) so I can have the evening available with her. I’m gonna take her out to dinner and um… go from there lol. I’m never that great with dates and stuff haha!
